Patient consent

This page explains what "consent" means on this website — for treatment, for a photograph, and for being contacted. It does not replace the consent form you sign in person before any procedure.

Consent to treatment

Nothing is carried out without your agreement, given in writing at the clinic after the treatment, its alternatives and its limits have been explained to you. For a patient under 18, that agreement is given by a parent or guardian. Signing this form happens at the clinic, in person, before any procedure — never on this website.

Photographs and case examples

No patient photograph or real case example appears anywhere on this website without that patient's separate, written consent. Where a page shows an example instead — a before/after slot, a gallery card — it is labelled as a layout example, not a real case, until a genuine consented photograph replaces it.

Testimonials

Any patient quote on this site marked as an example is illustrative only, invented to show how the page will read — never attributed to a real person. A real testimonial is only published once the patient it names has agreed to it in writing.

Consent to be contacted

Messaging the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone is treated as consent to be replied to on the same channel, about the enquiry you raised. This site keeps no marketing list, and messaging the clinic does not add you to one.

Withdrawing consent

Consent to a planned treatment can be withdrawn at any time before it begins — tell the clinic in person, or message on WhatsApp or by phone, and no procedure will go ahead. Once a treatment has actually been carried out it can't be undone, but you can always decline whatever comes next in a plan. The same applies to a photograph or a testimonial: tell us and it comes down, and to being contacted: tell us and we stop, other than replying to confirm we have.
