Privacy policy

This policy applies to anyone visiting this website or contacting the clinic through it. It does not cover information collected in person at the clinic, which follows the practice's own patient-records procedure.

What we collect

This website has no contact form and no online booking — every enquiry starts on WhatsApp or by phone, so the only information we hold from this site is whatever you choose to send in that message: typically a name, a phone number, and what you're asking about.

This site also embeds a Google Maps view on the home page and the Visit us page. Loading that map can set cookies from google.com, in the same way visiting Google Maps directly would — that is between you and Google, not something this site collects.

Analytics

Page views are measured with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights. Both are cookieless and do not identify an individual visitor.

How long it's kept

We keep an enquiry only as long as it takes to respond to it and provide any care that follows from it, then delete or anonymise it. We don't keep it beyond that unless the law requires it.

Who it's shared with

Not shared with third parties, except:

• Google, when the embedded map on this site loads in your browser
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to message the clinic there
• where required by law

Before / after images

Requesting deletion

Message the clinic on WhatsApp or by phone and ask for your information to be deleted. We'll do this within a reasonable time, except for anything we're required by law to keep.
